The gorgeous two-inch thick rubber wood work surface on this compact cart makes food preparation and cleanup a breeze thanks to the clever "Chop and Drop" system designed for sanitary food handling and easy clean-up. A juice groove on one half of the butcher block directs liquids toward a stainless steel chef pan (12" round x 4.5" deep) positioned beneath a cut-out in the center of the work surface. You can use this unique set-up to collect either the cuts of meats or slices of vegetables that you intend to incorporate into your meal, or to collect the trimmings and waste from your handiwork for quick, easy disposal. For the latter, use the trash bag ring that’s provided to position a plastic trash bag beneath the cut-out.
The frame of this nifty work cart is constructed of powder-coated tubular steel legs mounted on 3-inch commercial-grade casters (2 locking). Two round, powder-coated wire shelves with sturdy rims provide ample space for securely storing fresh ingredients, cookware or plates and bowls. Three sturdy metal bars that encircle the station accommodate "S" hooks from which you can hang towels, utensils, pot holders or sauce pans,

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt.
