The Harvest Table makes a great serving table or buffet table, but it really shines as a kitchen work table. You can’t help but be impressed by this attention-getting power house. With a 4” thick, 60” x 30” butcher block top mounted on one tough base, it can get the job done, whether large or small. Two slatted, maple shelves and three wicker baskets provide ample space for storage. Its elegantly carved apron and legs add a touch of real class. An added plus: you can choose a finish for the table base from assorted paint and stain colors. To view color samples, click on "Specifications" tab and scroll down.
You can get decades of great use from hard rock maple butcher boards. Maple is a strong and rigid hardwood. Add to that end-grain style construction and you know you have a winner. This style leverages the vertical compression resistance of wood. The wood pieces used in its making are stacked on their ends and thermo-bonding together. The result is a butcher block that’s as beautiful as it is strong, thanks to the checkerboard array that is its cutting surface.
Once constructed, the entire block is immersed in a Boos Block Cream bath that ensures that moisture penetrates deep into the wood’s grain. Natural beeswax included in the formula seals the wood and provides a silky, protective coat. It’s important that you continue to maintain the block in order to keep it food safe and to maximize its longevity. Re-oil it monthly using either Boos oil or cream, both of which are available to add to your cart.
Even the Harvest Table’s base is show stopping. Its apron is gently and elegantly sculpted. And notice the intricate raised carvings at the apron’s center and ends. Still its legs – simply but boldly carved and slightly tapered – might be the Harvest’s best feature. Slatted shelves in the same finish as the apron and legs ensure continuity of look, while three wicker baskets reprise the colors found in the maple table top. Model CU-HAR60

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, neglect, misuse, alterations* or exposure to extreme conditions. Nor does it pertain to wood products ordered unfinished. Neither Boos nor Butcher Block Co. will be held liable for any loss or damage arising from use of products or for any consequential damages.
*Cutting into a Boos countertop (e.g., trimming its length or width or executing a miter cut or a cutout) will void the manufacturer's warranty.
Boos & Co. warrants that the exact length, width and thickness of any countertop will not vary from specifications by more than 1/8 of an inch.
If you decide to cancel your order, please call us immediately. Typically, we are able to cancel an order and issue a full refund if production of the item(s) has not yet begun. If an order is already “in production,” it cannot be canceled for any reason.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the date of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will apply, since all John Boos products are made-to-order. Plus, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Boos custom countertops cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the goods arrived in damaged condition and you wrote the word "Damaged" on the shipping receipt.
If you find the identical, brand-new product for less (including shipping & handling) on another website within 3 days of your purchase, email us the URL of the webpage where you found the lower-priced offer. If the online seller is an authorized John Boos dealer, we will refund the difference. Butcher Block Co. will not always be able to match a lower-priced offer (e.g., in cases where doing so would violate legal agreements between us and our manufacturer-partners) and any refund may be limited (e.g., in cases where the competing offer is below our total cost).
