Order Confirmation: Butcher Block Co. may need to verify information prior to accepting part or all of an order. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity of any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. 

Payment & Refunds: Customer agrees to pay the total purchase price for the items purchased plus any applicable shipping charges. Butcher Block Co. agrees to promptly refund to customer whatever amount is owed. 

Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, notify us promptly and we will make our best, reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

Order Lead Times: On our site we display an estimated order processing and production lead time for each product. After you make a purchase and once we have a better idea of when your product will ship, we will notify you. Anticipated lead times and expected ship dates are estimates only and subject to change.

Governing Law: THESE TERMS OF USE AND ANY SALE OF PRODUCTS HEREUNDER WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. ANY ARBITRATION, ENFORCEMENT OF AN ARBITRATION OR LITIGATION WILL BE BROUGHT EXCLUSIVELY IN MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AND CUSTOMER CONSENTS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS LOCATED THEREIN, SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION THEREOF AND WAIVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE VENUE. CUSTOMER FURTHER CONSENTS TO THE EXERCISE OF PERSONAL JURISDICTION BY ANY SUCH COURT WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUCH PROCEEDING. Except in the case of nonpayment, neither party may institute any action in any form arising out of these Terms of Use more than one (1) year after the alleged cause of action. 

Electronic Communications: Butcher Block Co. will send notifications and order-related correspondence via email. You agree to receive electronic communications from us and agree that all agreements, notifications, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically constitute proper notice and satisfy any legal requirement that such notice be in writing.

Acknowledgement: By placing an order on ButcherBlockCo.com, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS AGREEMENT REPRESENTS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BUTCHER BLOCK CO. AND THAT IT SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN YOU AND BUTCHER BLOCK CO. RELATING TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, OUR POLICIES OR THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
