Whether your new table top is a butcher block, a plank-style table top, or a wood slab, you’ll want to show it off by mounting it on equally stunning table supports or maybe a stylish pedestal base. They're made of hand-forged steel, so perfectly capable of supporting hefty tops.
We offer 12 different solutions – 8 table support options which are sold in pairs or quads, plus 4 self-standing pedestals that work great for smaller tops of almost all shapes.
Table support options include such customary designs as the Bracket and Round or Square Ladder. For a bit more flair, you might consider Hourglass or Wishbone supports.
Our lineup of pedestal bases is equally diverse. All 4 models are stylish and sturdy, and designed to provide maximum legroom for your dinner guests.
While we list on the site only black supports that stand 28 inches high, we can accommodate requests for customization.
Choose among 9 finishes across 3 looks

♦ Polished (chrome, brass or copper).
Our standard height is considered ideal for dining. However, if you want your table top to be positioned higher off the floor, consider other height options we offer:
♦ 28”H - ideal for dining
♦ 34”H for a counter-height table, or
♦ 40”H for a wood top positioned at the height of a standard bar.
If you wish to order a non-standard option, please call us for a custom price quote.
Each table base comes with all the hardware required. If you purchase table bases in combination with a Wood Slab Top, holes will be pre-drilled in the underside of the slab, making it easier for you or a handyman and helper to securely attach the bases to your table top.

It's important that you thoroughly inspect goods immediately upon delivery. If inspection at the time of delivery reveals damage, you should refuse delivery. If a top or base arrives damaged or defective, or if a slab develops a noticeable crack or split at least one inch wide within 30 days of receipt, Created Hardwood will either repair the product or replace it with a largely similar item. Any decision whether to repair or replace will be at CH's sole discretion. Be sure to retain original packaging material for at least 30 days, since returned goods must be shipped back in original packaging.
Refund & Return Policy
You are entitled to return an undamaged product, but will be liable for return shipping expense plus a restocking fee equal to 15% of the total invoiced amount. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition and in original packaging. Be sure to contact us before returning any merchandise.
