Chroma Type 301 products, when properly cared for, can be expected to last forever. Chroma guarantees that its products, when used and cared for properly, will be free from any defects in material, construction and workmanship. Exclusions: This warranty extends only to the product’s original purchaser and excludes damage resulting from accident or misuse. Damage to knife blades, such as chips, broken tips and discoloration can be avoided by following proper care instructions.
If your merchandise arrives in damaged condition, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the goods and we will work with the manufacturer to arrange timely replacement.
If you wish to return merchandise for any other reason, please notify us so we can provide instructions for returning the goods. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping expense. Once we receive the merchandise and verify it is in its original condition, we will issue you credit for the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.
If you find the identical, brand new product for less (including shipping & handling) on another website within 3 days of your purchase, email us the address of the webpage where you found the lower-price offer. If we determine that the online store is an authorized Chroma dealer, we will refund the difference.
