Poly-Top Tables Make Perfect Cutting Stations for Commercial Kitchens or Prep Stations for Sandwich & Sub Shops
Kitchen work tables and stations with heavy-duty polyethylene tops are ideal for locations involved in food handling and preparation. First, HDPE tops make great cutting surfaces; they’re tough and resistant to warping. Plus, they provide an excellent, sanitary surface for all types of food preparation. Just be sure to thoroughly clean the polyethylene surface at the end of each work day. It’s removable, making the task quite easy.
These Poly Tops Come in Two Thicknesses and Fit Tables in a Variety of Sizes and Styles
Choose either galvanized or stainless steel for your table’s base. Select a flat top table or one equipped with a riser. All but one configuration include a single ¾” sheet of polyethylene. The exception is the 1-1/2-inch-thick poly-top table, which includes two stacked ¾-inch sheets. Each table is available in a range of sizes. The smallest set-up is 24”x24”, and the largest measures 10 feet by 3 feet. Some set-ups offer add-on options: caster wheels, a stainless steel roller-bearing drawer and a lower shelf.
