The common thread across the entire Cucina product line from John Boos is the smart use of stainless steel, typically, but not always, in combination with a N.A. hardwood. Rock maple is the hardwood that Boos most often pairs with steel.
Boos Cucina Laforza butcher blocks, 6 inches thick and available in maple, cherry and walnut, are mounted atop handsome stainless steel stands. Maybe you’re a wine connoisseur, in which case the Cucina D’Vino might strike your fancy.
Looking for a kitchen prep station? The Boos Cucina Grande features a 2-1/4-inch thick maple work top on a stainless steel base. Or consider the optional drop-leaf version with an optional pot rack.
