The “C” Country Table by John Boos features a design that’s simple and rustic, and its all-maple construction will bring the outdoors into your home. Design a table just for you. Specify size, shelving and storage features.
You're sure to find the perfect fit for your kitchen and needs. The smallest size is 3' by 2', and the largest measures 5’ by 3'. Add storage space via a slatted shelf or two. For even more storage and convenience, add a utensil drawer and a towel rack. And add locking caster wheels if you’d like to be able to move your table with ease then secure it in place when re-positioned.
Butcher block is a firm but smooth work surface, making it great for all aspects of food preparation and baking tasks. This table’s top is a solid 1-1/2 inches thick. It’s made of rock maple, a particularly rigid hardwood, and it stands 34.75 inches off the floor - an ideal height for working while standing. Add shelves and assign your work table double duty as a storage unit for kitchen appliances, cookware or dinnerware, for instance. Perhaps you’d like to use a small-size table, with or without shelves, merely to display your most prized keepsakes. Or go big, skip shelves, and use yours as a dining table. Depending on its style and size, you might use your table as a kitchen island for dining, positioned in the center of the kitchen. Or you can set it against a wall and use it for added counter and shelf space. Or choose some combination of placement and use. After all, the Country Work Table is all about versatility.
At the Boos wood plant your table’s top will be finished with a coating of Boos Block Board Cream with Beeswax. This unique blend helps lock in moisture and protects the wood. Boos recommends reapplication monthly. Consider adding board oil or cream to your cart.

Boos will either repair or replace a product determined to be damaged or defective. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, neglect, misuse, alterations* or exposure to extreme conditions. Nor does it pertain to wood products ordered unfinished. Neither Boos nor Butcher Block Co. will be held liable for any loss or damage arising from use of products or for any consequential damages.
*Cutting into a Boos countertop (e.g., trimming its length or width or executing a miter cut or a cutout) will void the manufacturer's warranty.
Boos & Co. warrants that the exact length, width and thickness of any countertop will not vary from specifications by more than 1/8 of an inch.
If you decide to cancel your order, please call us immediately. Typically, we are able to cancel an order and issue a full refund if production of the item(s) has not yet begun. If an order is already “in production,” it cannot be canceled for any reason.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the date of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will apply, since all John Boos products are made-to-order. Plus, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Boos custom countertops cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the goods arrived in damaged condition and you wrote the word "Damaged" on the shipping receipt.
If you find the identical, brand-new product for less (including shipping & handling) on another website within 3 days of your purchase, email us the URL of the webpage where you found the lower-priced offer. If the online seller is an authorized John Boos dealer, we will refund the difference. Butcher Block Co. will not always be able to match a lower-priced offer (e.g., in cases where doing so would violate legal agreements between us and our manufacturer-partners) and any refund may be limited (e.g., in cases where the competing offer is below our total cost).
