Uniquely-Shaped Maple Cutting Board Features One Wavy Edge
Anyone who thinks if you’ve seen one cutting board you’ve seen them all clearly hasn’t encountered this unusual John Boos board. While three sides are straight, the fourth is a compound curve that resembles a very subtle "S" shape. The result is a distinctly stylish board that will make a design statement in any kitchen, regardless of size, since it comes in five different sizes starting at 18” by 18” and topping out at 30” by 23”.
Pour Spout in Juice Channel for Added Functionality
A juice channel carved into a cutting board is a wonderful add-on feature. It helps prevent messes and at the same time captures the juice and small scraps of meat for recycling or disposal. Even better is a juice groove with a spout incorporated for easy pouring of the juice retained, regardless of whether it’s destined for the garbage disposal or a reduction gravy.
This Reversible Butcher Block Board Is Edge-Grain Maple
Not only is it distinct in design and handy for channeling fluids and particulates, this shapely board can fill a number of other roles thanks to the fact that it’s reversible. The side opposite the grooved surface is perfectly flat, so it can be used as a bread or cheese board, for instance. Both sides display the beautiful colors and grain structure that make hard rock maple a complementary addition to virtually any kitchen. In addition, rock maple is particularly strong and rigid. At 2-1/4 inches thick, the Boos Wave board can withstand years of daily wear and tear yet retain its great looks. Just be sure to re-oil the board at least monthly with a butcher block oil or cream.

Boos will either repair or replace a product determined to be defective. Nor does it pertain to wood products ordered unfinished. Neither Boos nor Butcher Block Co. will be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of products or for any consequential damages.
*Cutting into a Boos countertop (e.g., trimming its length or width or executing a miter cut or a cutout) will void the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the date of purchase. Since all John Boos products are made-to-order, a 20% restocking fee will apply and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Custom countertops cannot be returned or exchanged unless the goods arrive damaged and the word "Damaged" was written on the bill of lading or other receipt of shipment.
If you find the identical, brand new product for less (including shipping & handling) on another website within 3 days of your purchase, email us the URL of the webpage where you found the lower-price offer. If the online seller is an authorized John Boos dealer, we will refund the difference. Butcher Block Co. will not always be able to match a lower price offer (e.g., in cases where doing so would violate legal agreements between us and our manufacturer-partners) and any refund may be limited (e.g., in cases where the competing offer is below our total cost).
